returns & shipping

No Return/No Refund Policy on any and all signs & stencils. They are custom made when ordered. 

For all other seasonal purchases:
We hope you love your purchase and we want you to have the best shopping experience possible with us! However, we know that sometimes items don’t work out the way you wished it would have. For those times, we have a policy in place.

Please take the time to fully read over our return policy and understand it when needing to return an item.

Regular Shipping:

We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible!  Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be shipped. We currently ship in the Continental US via USPS.

Returns:

Items purchased can be returned within 30 days for a store credit only.  The thirty days begins at the time you place the order.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in, unused, unwashed, tags still attached.  Items that don’t meet these requirements, will not be eligible for a store credit.  This is up to our discretion.

To return your product, please mail your item to 107 South Main Street, Fairview, Oklahoma 73737 AND email routersandruffles@gmail.com with your return info, tracking info, and order info. 

Routers and Ruffles is not responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

Items sell out so quickly that it’s impossible to offer exchanges for the exact item. We can’t guarantee your size will be in stock when you would need to exchange so for this reason you would need to place a new order for a different size or item and when we receive your return, and it’s approved, we’ll give you future store credit.

Sales:

Due to the limited nature of these products, we do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items.  Please send us any questions before you place your order and use our size & color charts to decide before placing your order.

All sales are final!

Final Sales:

There will be NO RETURNS, CREDITS, OR EXCHANGES on FINAL SALE ITEMS…NO EXCEPTIONS!

This includes but not limited to: ALL sale merchandise, ALL jewelry, ALL custom t-shirts, ALL pre-orders, ALL personalized items, earrings, leggings, undergarments, (including bras, bandeau's, and underwear), hair accessories (including hats and beanies), socks, and eye wear. NO EXCEPTIONS ON FINAL SALES!

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please let us know.  We would be happy to replace the item within 3 days of receiving your item, otherwise it’s considered wear and tear. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please email routersandruffles@gmail.com with a picture of the defect as well as your order number for processing.

Lost or Stolen Packages: 

Routers & Ruffles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  In the event your item is processed as “delivered” by the mail service, but you did not receive the item please contact USPS with your tracking number to have them help you locate your item.
